Amy Lynch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) roles at Thoughtworks since 2012, currently serving as the Head of DEI for Europe and previously for the UK. Amy has a strong track record in shaping DEI strategies, collaborating with regional and global stakeholders, and overseeing various affinity groups. Additionally, Amy is the Director and Photographer at Shot by Amy, specializing in unique wedding photography, and has contributed to community initiatives such as Ladies Who Code.
