Camilla Falconi Crispim

Camilla Falconi Crispim is a Principal Consultant Engineer specializing in Enterprise Modernization, Platforms, and Cloud at Thoughtworks since January 2013. As a member of the Thoughtworks Technology Advisory Board, Camilla advises the Global CTO, Dr. Rebecca Parsons, and co-created the Thoughtworks Technology Radar. With a strong focus on delivering high-value solutions, Camilla has held various leadership roles, including Portfolio Technology Director for both Nearshore and Local Markets, where responsibilities included helping clients leverage technology for digital transformation. Camilla's experience also includes roles as a Lead Technologist and Technical Assistant in the Global Office of the CTO, along with earlier positions in software development and training at ThoughtWorks University. Camilla holds a Master of Computer Science with a focus on Information Systems and Electrical Substation Automation as well as a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Federal de Campina Grande.
