Damian Knoop

Damian Knoop is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in leading digital transformation initiatives for Fortune 250 Enterprises. Currently serving as Vice President of Technology Excellence at ThoughtWorks since 2016, Damian is responsible for fostering technology excellence through a globally distributed professional services team. This role involves modernizing clients' technology assets, enhancing operational efficiency, and implementing Agile practices. Previously, Damian held leadership positions at Gap Inc. as Director of Engineering, Rakuten Marketing in Technology Leadership, and Sprint as a Software Development Manager.
