Fausto De La Torre is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in enterprise modernization and digital transformation. Currently serving as the VP of Enterprise Modernization for Europe, India, and the Middle East at Thoughtworks, Fausto helps organizations evolve their technology foundations into AI-first, platform-powered enterprises. Previous roles include Chief Solutions Architect at EcoVadis, Independent Executive Technology Advisor for Grupo Intercorp, and various leadership positions at Thoughtworks, where contributions included co-authoring publications and advising on technology strategy. Fausto holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master's in Data Science and an Executive MBA, and has a strong foundation in systems engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador.
