Jiaming Shang

Jiaming Shang is a Lead Consultant with a passion for accelerating product delivery and enhancing quality through advanced methodologies. Previously, they served as a Senior Consultant at ThoughtWorks from 2016 to 2020, where they led a team in Xi'an, trained new team members, and managed the Functional Programming community. Since 2020, Jiaming has continued at ThoughtWorks as a Lead Consultant, overseeing an offshore delivery center in China and recognized for guiding high-quality product delivery. They also have experience as a Software Developer at ZTE Corporation from 2011 to 2016. Jiaming holds a Master's degree in Computational Mathematics from Zhengzhou University, completed between 2008 and 2011.
