Junfeng Dai

Junfeng Dai is a seasoned technology leader currently serving as Technical Director in various capacities at Thoughtworks since April 2013, specializing in the China Manufacturing and South Markets. Junfeng's extensive experience includes supporting the China CTO as a Technical Assistant, leading multiple offices as Head of Office Principals, managing recruitment and talent strategies as Professional Service Manager, and overseeing the Chengdu office as Office Principal. Prior roles include Technical Principal, Senior Consultant, and software engineering positions at Amazon and Microsoft, where responsibilities spanned social media integration, system analysis tools, and model-based testing. Junfeng holds a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering from Zhejiang University.
