Sujana Arul Selvi Alaguraj is an accomplished professional currently serving as Lead Enterprise Architect at Thoughtworks since May 2020, where leadership involves driving alignment among business, technology, and processes to enhance organizational agility. Previous experience includes roles such as Head of Customer Experience, Product & Design and Head of Products at Thoughtworks, focusing on optimizing IT product portfolios and spearheading product strategy. Prior to Thoughtworks, Sujana held significant positions at Payoda Technologies, including VP Product Management for Healthcare, leading the development of the HealthViewX SaaS platform, as well as VP Technology & Delivery and Delivery Manager. Sujana began a career in Wipro, serving as Module Lead. Academic qualifications include a Master of Engineering in VLSI from Government College of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences.
