Vívian Carvalhais

Vívian Carvalhais is a Lead UX Strategist and Service Designer at Thoughtworks since July 2021, where contributions are made to strategic projects in customer experience, product, and design. Vívian also serves as an MBA professor in Strategy and UX Design at FIAP, teaching user journey mapping and service design. Previous experience includes roles as Lead User Experience Designer at Dock, where Vívian worked on the Merci financial application, and co-founder of Zé Gato Inc., focusing on business solutions through a customer-centered approach. Additional roles span art direction at dx8 Publicidade, graphic and digital design at João Cordeiro, illustration work at Atheva Tecnologia, and teaching art at Oficina Criativa. Vívian holds a degree in Digital Media Design from Impacta Tecnologia.
