Boipelo Bonokwane

Boipelo Bonokwane currently serves as Program Manager for Global Programs and Program Manager for Africa at Thousand Currents since May 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Pan African Research Coordinator at WoMin African Alliance from February 2021 to August 2022 and Researcher/Administrator at Pan Africa Today from July 2017 to March 2021. Boipelo has also contributed to academia as a Guest Lecturer in Anthropology and Gender Studies at Sol Plaatje University, and as a Political and International Studies Tutor at Rhodes University. Notably, Boipelo held the position of National Head of Thought Leadership at Pan African Youth Dialogue, where responsibilities included organizational development and fundraising. Boipelo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political and International Studies and Organizational Psychology, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in International/Global Studies from Rhodes University.
