Marlene Salgado Ferrer

Marlene Salgado Ferrer, PhD, currently serves as Project Manager at Thousand Faces, leading the development of an accelerator program aimed at supporting sustainable innovative female founders. Additionally, Marlene manages projects at BIOGROUP, the leading analysis laboratory in France, focusing on process improvement and analysis management. With a PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Strasbourg, Marlene has extensive experience in project and team management, having coordinated research efforts and contributed to publications in the neuroscience field. Prior to these roles, Marlene was a Research Laboratory Manager at UChicago Medicine, specializing in immunology and process optimization. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's degree from Grinnell College, a Master's degree in Neuroscience from the University of Strasbourg, and a Diploma in Pharmaceutical Marketing and Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
