Angel Chen

Angel Chen has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Most recently, in 2021, Angel worked as the HR Executive Director at Thousand Oaks Biologics Inc. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2021, Angel served as the HR Director and Site HR Head at Zhongming Kede. In 2015 to 2017, Angel worked as the HRBP of China Region at Rotam. From 2013 to 2015, Angel held the position of HR Manager at Autoliv (China) Automotive Safety Systems Co., Ltd. Angel also has experience as the Site HRD of Nantong Xinchen at China Blue Star (Group) Co., Ltd from 2011 to 2013. Previously, from 2007 to 2011, Angel worked as the Nantong HR Executive/Admin Manager at Syngenta Crop Protection China. Before this, Angel held the role of GM secretary/ HR Supervisor at Small Tool Technology Nantong Co., Ltd from 2002 to 2005. Angel began their career as a Management Trainee and later served as GM Assistant & Accountant at Jiangsu Guanda Group/Guanda Cambodia Co., Ltd from 1995 to 2002.

Angel Chen completed a Certification of International Human Resource by Penn State University in the year 2013. This certification was obtained from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, where Angel attended from 2012 to 2013. Additionally, Angel studied International Economic & Trade at Nanjing Tech University from 1993 to 1995.
