Robert Diegel is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in banking and fintech innovation. As Chief Operations Officer at Thread Bank since February 2025, Robert leads the operationalization of a multi-year strategic plan, advising the CEO and Executive Team while enhancing financial solutions for clients. Prior to this, Robert founded Diametrically Aligned, providing strategic guidance on fintech and edtech to startups and financial institutions. Robert served as Chief Operating Officer at BM Technologies, where strategic execution propelled the growth of a leading BaaS digital bank.
