Sara Zembrodt

Sara Zembrodt has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Sara is currently the Director of Product Adoption at THREAD, where they manage product initiatives, strategy, and communication across different departments. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Product at THREAD.

Before joining THREAD, Sara worked at IQVIA in multiple roles, including Director of Product Offerings Development, Head of Offerings for Design & Cost Benchmarking Solutions, Associate Business Systems Director, Business Analyst Lead, and Senior Business Analyst. In these roles, they were responsible for developing product visions, go-to-market strategies, and demand management processes. Sara also led teams of product managers and business analysts and represented IQVIA at industry conferences and client events.

Sara also gained valuable experience at Allegient, LLC as a Business Analyst and at Eli Lilly and Company as an Associate Consultant Quality Assurance Engineer, Quality Assurance Engineer, and Associate Quality Control Representative for Computer Systems. Their responsibilities included providing quality and compliance support, leading compliance efforts for equipment implementation, and developing guidance for manufacturing processes.

Sara began their career as a Consultant at Olenick & Associates and held positions at Geneer as a Business Analyst and Quality Analyst, where they worked on software testing and automation projects for clients like GE Fanuc Automation.

Throughout their career, Sara has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive product initiatives and customer satisfaction.

Sara Zembrodt earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. Sara attended this institution from 1995 to 1999. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Project Owner from Scrum Alliance in November 2017.
