Terri Mullings

Terri Mullings has been a controller at ThreatQuotient since May 2013. Prior to that, they were a controller at AmericanHonors / Quad Learning Inc from January 2012 to May 2013. In that role, they created and implemented a financial infrastructure for the early-stage higher education technology firm, including the implementation of an accounting system, policies and procedures. Terri also produced a budget-to-actual reporting package for senior management.

Before their work at AmericanHonors / Quad Learning Inc, Mullings was a controller at newBrandAnalytics from January 2012 to December 2015. In that role, they oversaw the day-to-day accounting operations for a small SaaS-based social media company. Terri was responsible for creating consolidated financial reporting packages used by the U.S. and Israel entities, converting and upgrading all operational treasury-related activities, producing monthly and quarterly cash forecasts, managing annual audits, and implementing procedures and processes for all aspects of the accounting department. Mullings played a key role in M&A activity in the recent sale of the company.

Mullings began their career as an assistant controller at Everest Software fka iCode Inc. from March 2004 to February 2005 before becoming a controller at Approva Corporation from February 2005 to November 2011.

Terri Mullings has a BA in Accounting from Marymount University.
