Terri was responsible for creating consolidated financial reporting packages used by the U.S. and Israel entities, converting and upgrading all operational treasury-related activities, producing monthly and quarterly cash forecasts, managing annual audits, and implementing procedures and processes for all aspects of the accounting department. Mullings played a key role in M&A activity in the recent sale of the company.

Mullings began their career as an assistant controller at Everest Software fka iCode Inc. from March 2004 to February 2005 before becoming a controller at Approva Corporation from February 2005 to November 2011.

Terri Mullings has a BA in Accounting from Marymount University.
