Zedrick Applin, MBA, CRCM, PMP, currently serves as the Head of Regulatory Compliance at Thredd since September 2024. Prior to this role, Zedrick Applin was the Global Diversity and Inclusion Compliance Program Manager at nCino, Inc., where key achievements included establishing a global DEI function across eight countries, generating substantial engagement in DEI activities, and leading compliance strategies for digital customer onboarding solutions. Previous experience includes senior compliance roles at Softworld, Capital One, and Santander Consumer USA, where Zedrick Applin excelled in managing federal exams, regulatory compliance frameworks, and overseeing credit risk. Zedrick Applin holds an MBA from Baylor University and a BBA in Economics/Finance from Texas Tech University.
