Hogan Helms

Hogan Helms is a civil engineer with extensive experience in the field, primarily with Three I Design since May 2012. Prior to this role, Hogan served as an engineer technician for the City of Washington, IN, in 2011 and held survey technician positions at Sitecon, Inc. and Landmark Surveying, Inc. from 2010 to 2011 and 2004 to 2010, respectively. Hogan possesses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of Southern Indiana, earned between 2009 and 2013.
