Brenda Jones

Brenda Jones serves as the Head of Business Service ROI & UK at Three Ireland since April 2017, leading the business care team to deliver exceptional service and support to business customers. Prior to this role, Brenda held the position of SME Retention & Growth Manager at Three Ireland from April 2010 to April 2017, where responsibility included retaining the SME customer base and promoting solution selling to foster business growth. Brenda's experience also includes a role as Business Revenue Manager at O2 Telefonica Ireland from October 2003 to June 2009 and as Team Manager at Dell Computer Corporation from July 1995 to February 2003. Brenda holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Henley Business School, completed between 2013 and 2015.
