Laoise Hogan

Laoise Hogan currently serves as the Head of People Partnering for UK & Ireland at Three Ireland, leading a team of People Business Partners to support business operations in both regions since June 2022. Hogan has been with Three Ireland since December 2014, initially as a Senior People Partner Manager, focusing on strategic HR support for business leaders. Prior experience includes various HR roles at Bank of Ireland, where responsibilities ranged from managing recruitment activities to serving as an HR Business Partner across multiple divisions. Educational qualifications include a BA in Industrial Relations & Human Resource Management from National College of Ireland, a Diploma in Project Management from Munster Technological University, and a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy from CNM College of Naturopathic Medicine.
