Philip Gallagher

Philip Gallagher has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as the Head of RAN Strategy & Development at Three Ireland since June 2014, following roles as RAN Design & Performance Manager and RAN Optimisation Manager. Previously, Philip worked as a RAN Optimisation Engineer at Equiendo and held the position of Performance Optimisation Engineer at Meteor Mobile Communications from August 2009 to March 2013. Additional experience includes a role as Change Management Coordinator at Nokia Siemens Networks and serving as a Senior NOC Engineer at Meteor from October 2003 to January 2008. Philip Gallagher holds a degree from the University of Galway, earned between 1999 and 2003.
