David Braunschvig has been an advisor in corporate finance over the past three decades, as Managing Director at Lazard Freres, then at Bear Stearns, and now as a Senior Advisor to Three Keys Capital Advisors. Mr. Braunschvig counts among his clients the senior executives of leading global companies and funds. At Lazard, he was one of the first bankers to cover the emerging interactive services sector in the early 1990s and is regarded as one of the most experienced technology investment bankers on Wall Street. He worked at the White House serving on the U.S. Vice-Presidential Commission on communications and information technology, was Trade Counselor to the French government, and was a Senior Fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations in New York.
He holds advanced degrees from Harvard University (Masters of Public Administration) and the University of Paris (Applied mathematics and computer science). A dual citizen of the U.S. and France, he was born in New York, raised in Paris, and is trilingual in English, French, and Spanish.
