Philip Konnikov

Philip Konnikov is a Managing Director with Three Keys Capital Advisors. Prior to joining Three Keys, Mr. Konnikov was a senior member of the Global Industrial Group in the Investment Banking Department of UBS in New York, focused on the Metals & Mining industries. Mr. Konnikov has been involved in buy-side and sell-side advisory assignments with aggregate transaction value over $50 billion, involving various corporate, financial sponsors, and other investors around the world. In addition, Mr. Konnikov has helped clients raise nearly $24 billion in capital through numerous debt, equity, and convertible transactions. Prior to UBS, Mr. Konnikov worked at the energy group of Deutsche Bank's Investment Banking Department.

Mr. Konnikov is a graduate of Tufts University. A Registered Representative of M&A Securities, Inc., a member of FINRA and SiPC, Mr. Konnikov holds FINRA Series 63 and 79 securities licenses.
