Christy Samuel

Christy Samuel possesses extensive experience in hospice and clinical services, currently serving as Regional Director of Quality, Compliance and Clinical at Three Oaks Hospice since November 2018, in addition to holding roles as Area Director of Clinical Services Specialist and Director of Clinical Services - Dallas. Previous positions include RN Clinical Educator/QAPI at Faith Presbyterian Hospice, RN Case Manager/ADON at Dignity Team Health, and various RN Case Manager roles at Hospice Plus, Hospice in Dallas, and Compassionate Hands Hospice. Christy Samuel's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from Aspen University and an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from Grayson College.
