Matthew Haag

Matthew Haag's work experience starts in 2012 at Shopko, where they worked as a GM Salesfloor, assisting customers and training new employees. In 2015, they joined Cielo Talent as an Interviewing Specialist, sourcing candidates and conducting phone screenings. In 2016, they worked at Career Source LLC as a Recruiter, sourcing candidates, screening them over the phone, and handling client interactions. In 2017, they returned to Shopko and held various roles, including Customer Service Specialist, Price Accuracy/GM Supervisor, and Presentation Supervisor. In 2018, they became a Store Management Trainee and later an Interim GM Manager. Matthew then joined Kohl's in 2019 as an Assistant Store Manager, overseeing multiple sales departments. In 2020, they transitioned to The TJX Companies, Inc. as an Assistant Store Manager, responsible for merchandising management and payroll. Finally, in 2022, they joined Three Pillars Senior Living Communities, first as a Human Resources Assistant and later as a Human Resources Generalist.

Matthew Haag completed their Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 2011 to 2015.
