Ester Harding

Ester Harding is a multidisciplinary screen executive with over 15 years of experience in the screen industry, currently serving as CEO at Mind The Gap Film Finance, an Offset cashflow lender focused on building industry resilience. Previously, they held the position of Head of Drama at Sweetshop & Green, where they developed narrative features and series for Australian and New Zealand audiences. Ester's extensive roles included Development Executive at Screen Australia, as well as producing notable projects like 'Swinging Safari' and 'Remembering Agatha', which gained recognition at film festivals. They have a Masters in Screen Arts and Business from AFTRS and have completed various professional development courses in screenwriting and script development. Ester has also contributed to the evolution of immersive storytelling through their involvement with StoryCode Sydney and ScreenThink.
