Josh Sills has a diverse work experience in the field of theater and arts. Josh started their career in 2009 as a Production Manager for Jolliwood Productions. Josh then worked as a Stage Manager for various theater companies such as The Khayaal Theatre Company, Guildhall School of Music & Drama, and Images of Elsewhere. In 2011, they joined PW Productions Ltd as an Assistant and Deputy Stage Manager for the play "An Inspector Calls". In 2013, they became a Theatre Manager & Lecturer at Buckinghamshire College Group, where they also directed college productions. In 2016, they became the Director and Co-owner of CK Theatre School, providing classes to young students. Currently, they are the Head Of Customer Experience at Three Rivers District Council, where they are responsible for overseeing the Watersmeet Theatre and its operations.
