Matthew has successfully managed adaptive programming and coached rowing programs at various organizations, including Three Rivers Rowing Association, Row New York, and West Side Rowing Club. With a background in psychology, Matthew has a track record of achieving success at Canisius High School and excelling in inventory management at Duty Free Americas.
