Three Strands Family Center exists to support all families equitably in Columbia, and Middle Tennessee. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to serving our community through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and into early childhood. Ecclesiastes 4:12 says, "a cord of three strands is not easily broken." Our community is that third strand of support in your parenting circle. We are a welcoming space for families, offering services that support parents and kids alike. From yoga and baby-wearing demos, to educational courses and play sessions, we want to feel like a calming, fresh place where everyone - moms, dads, kids, and grandparents - feel included, supported and cared for.
