Karmen Nagy-Stephenson is an experienced Network Reliability Engineer at Three., actively involved since November 2012 in providing governance and technical support for technology partners, suppliers, and internal teams to manage the performance of Three's mobile network. Karmen has held various positions, including Co-Chair and Committee Member of the Women@Three Employee Group, and serves on the Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Steering Committee, fostering an inclusive culture within the company. Prior roles include Mobile Packet Core Engineer and Senior Data Core Design Engineer, with responsibilities in maintaining and designing mobile packet core infrastructure. Karmen began a career at O2 (Telefónica UK) in January 2006 as a Roaming and Interconnect Analyst and Data Support Analyst after obtaining a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Electronic from The University of Auckland.
