Katie McKenna

Katie McKenna is a People Propositions Specialist at Three UK, focusing on designing and delivering engagement strategies that incorporate Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging (DIB) within the employee experience. Prior to this role, Katie served as an Account Director at Avvio Reply, managing strategic client relationships and leading projects in internal communications and cultural alignment. Previous positions include Senior Account Manager and Account Manager, where Katie led various initiatives across employer branding and change communications. Earlier experience also includes working as a Senior Account Executive at hps group and in marketing roles at Hughes of Beaconsfield. Katie holds a CIM Level 6 Diploma and a CIM Level 4 Professional Certificate in Marketing from Oxford College of Marketing.
