Sarah Turnbull

Sarah Turnbull is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in EU law, competition, and regulatory matters. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Three UK since January 2023, Sarah previously held prominent positions such as Head of Regulatory at the European Broadcasting Union and Managing Partner at S A Turnbull Consulting Ltd. A partner at King & Wood Mallesons from 2013 to 2017, Sarah also led the legal team at Ofcom and worked as a solicitor in both SJ Berwin and Hogan Lovells. Early career experience includes a stagiaire role at the European Commission. Educational qualifications include an LLM in European Law from the College of Europe and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law Chester UK.
