Jennifer Sierveld Doty

Jennifer Sierveld Doty has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles over the years. Jennifer is currently the Vice President of Partnerships at ThreeFlow, where they drive the strategy for carrier partnerships and focuses on strengthening relationships and adopting new partners. Prior to this, Jennifer founded Three Jay Consulting, offering advisory expertise to emerging and Fortune 100 companies in areas such as Customer/Client Service, Operations, and Business Model Transformation.

Jennifer was also a member of Chief, a private network aimed at empowering senior women leaders and driving them into positions of power. Jennifer's experience includes working as a Subject Matter Advisor at Accenture and holding various Vice President roles at MetLife, where they led teams responsible for client and broker services, regional business service, service and operations for regional markets, market solutions development and delivery, and IT integration.

Before their time at MetLife, they held several positions, including Controller at Guardent and Razorfish. Jennifer started their career as an Auditor at Deloitte & Touche. Additionally, they served as the Treasurer and Counselor at the New Jersey Association of Student Councils (NJASC) - Leadership Training Conference.

Throughout their career, Jennifer has demonstrated a strong ability to drive strategic initiatives, lead teams, and deliver transformational change.

Jennifer Sierveld Doty completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Boston College Carroll School of Management, where they attended from 1992 to 1996. In 1999, they obtained their certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the California Board of Accountancy.
