Joseph Velasquez

Joseph Velasquez has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. In 2014, they worked as an Entrepreneur at KIJIOR, where they managed project tasks and budgets and mentored a team of two. From 2016 to 2017, Joseph worked as an Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager at Industria de Productos Deshidratados de Antioquia (IPRODESA), where they developed a corporate website, detected market threats, and prospect new international suppliers. In 2018, they worked as an E-commerce Project Manager at Helioss, where they strategized and planned digital sales strategies, developed and managed e-commerce websites, and conducted user surveys. Also in 2018, Joseph worked as a Property Manager as an Independent contractor, where they handled construction and renovation projects, promoted rentals through social media, and organized appointments and property visits. Currently, they are working as a Project Management Consultant at threon - strategy delivered.

Joseph Velasquez has a diverse education history, with a focus on management and international business. In 2012, they began their studies at Universite de Lorraine, where they obtained an Associate degree in business administration. Joseph continued their education at IAE Nancy School of Management, earning a Bachelor degree in Management in 2014. During this time, they also obtained a Diploma of English in a professional situation, demonstrating their advanced language skills.

In 2015, Joseph pursued a Master degree in Foreign Languages and International Business at Universite de Lorraine. Additionally, they obtained a Diploma of the American Language Program from Bergen Community College in 2011.

Continuing their academic journey, Joseph attended IAE Metz School of Management from 2017 to 2018, where they obtained a Master degree in Innovation Management, Entrepreneurship, and Business Development. Joseph'sfield of study during this time was Project Management.

Joseph also holds additional certifications, including Microsoft Project Online: Administration and Project Online Reporting with Power BI, both obtained in December 2021. In November 2020, they became a Certified Product Owner Agile Scrum through Scrum League. In March 2018, they achieved the Google Digital Active certification in fundamentals of digital marketing. Furthermore, they obtained a TOEIC score of 945/990 from ETS Global in February 2018. Looking ahead, Joseph plans to obtain a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute in February 2023 and a Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. in April 2022.
