Laure Cuypers

Laure Cuypers has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Laure started their career as a student at Makro Cash & Carry België, where they worked from July 2012 until an unspecified date in 2015. Laure then gained experience as a student job in Human Resources at Rode Kruis-Vlaanderen in August to September 2015.

In 2016, Laure worked as an intern in marketing at SUPERMACHINE from March to June, and simultaneously held the position of student recruiter at Synergie Belgium from June 2016 to September 2018.

From October 2018 to January 2022, they joined SpotIT as a Talent & Brand Coördinator. Here, they played a crucial role in providing high-level infrastructure and security services to a growing customer base. Laure worked with a dynamic team in designing, installing, and managing network and security architecture, as well as carrying out audits and providing advice.

Currently, Laure Cuypers is employed at threon - strategy delivered, where they started in January 2022. Laure began as an HR Business Partner, assisting organizations in navigating constant market changes and customer demands. In January 2023, they were promoted to the position of HR Manager, where they continue to contribute their expertise.

Laure Cuypers obtained a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from Arteveldehogeschool from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Master's degree in Bestuurskunde en Publiek Management from Ghent University from 2016 to 2018, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Laure also holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from HOGENT, which they obtained from 2013 to 2016, graduating Cum Laude. Laure Cuypers further pursued studies in Toegepaste Taalkunde at HOGENT from 2012 to 2013. Laure'searlier education includes graduating from Annuntia Instituut from 2006 to 2012 with a focus in Humane Wetenschappen.

In addition to their degrees, Laure Cuypers has certifications in Human Resources Management from Arteveldehogeschool obtained in June 2020, in Bestuurskunde & Publiek Management from Ghent University obtained in June 2018, and in Bedrijfsmanagement: Marketing from Hogeschool Gent obtained in June 2016.
