Roald Piqueur has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies.

Starting in 2007, Piqueur worked at Thomas Cook Belgium, where they held various roles over the years. Roald began as a commercial employee in the contact center before transitioning to become a Pricing Specialist in 2008. From 2014 to 2017, Piqueur worked as a Lean Change Agent, leading lean transformation projects within different departments of Thomas Cook Belgium and France. In this role, they worked on projects such as transforming the contact center, implementing a new pricing tool, and transitioning the local product department into a matrix structure. From 2017 to 2019, Piqueur served as the Head of Product, responsible for managing a team of product managers. In this capacity, they worked on defining the hotel portfolio for the Belgian source market and served as the link between contracting, hoteliers, retail, and other internal departments.

In 2019, Piqueur joined Threon - Strategy Delivered as a Project Manager. Roald managed projects for various clients, including Be-Mobile, CorNet, Microflor, and Coor. Roald'sresponsibilities at Threon included overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of these projects.

Roald Piqueur began their education in 1993 at Don Bosco College Zwijnaarde, where they studied until 2000. In 2004, they enrolled at HOGENT, where they pursued a Bachelor of Marketing degree in the field of Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Roald completed their studies at HOGENT in 2007. In 2006, Roald briefly attended Western Kentucky University to focus on Marketing. Alongside their education, Roald obtained additional certifications, including becoming a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute in January 2021 and a Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc. in March 2021.
