Robert Ganter II

Rob serves as the Chief Financial Officer where he is responsible for the budgeting, operations, and financial management of the organization. Providing a wide range of leadership skills, he works collectively with the organization's business units in helping them make informed, strategic financial decisions. His success to the business is built on his desire to ensure the individuals we support are provided with the necessary resources.

Rob began his career at Threshold in 2011 as a Staff Accountant where he became adept at the various financial, State and audit reports required in the Human Services industry. After moving into management roles within the accounting department for several years, he was named Chief Financial Officer in July 2017.

Rob graduated from Alvernia University with Bachelor of Arts degrees in accounting and management. He then advanced his business education by earning his MBA from Alvernia University in 2015.
