The company designed Threshold for founders. They aspire to be founders’ trusted partners and their first call when they come to a fork-in-the-road decision. They structure their investments to align the interests with those of their entrepreneurs. When working with companies, they embrace the vision, engage deeply with the leadership team, and empathetically share in the successes and challenges. They invest capital, but more importantly, They invest themselves in support of founders and their teams because they believe that great companies are built by people.
