Delilah Portalatin-Gana

Delilah Portalatin-Gana, LCPC, currently serves as the Access & Implementation Team Leader at Thresholds since November 2016, supervising and training a team of master’s level clinicians in mental health and safety assessments for individuals with severe mental illness. Previous experience includes roles as an Intake Specialist at Thresholds, where Delilah conducted assessments in various settings, and as a Life Coach for the MYLIFE Residential Program at Keshet Disabilities & Inclusion. Delilah also interned at TASC, Inc., facilitating therapy for court-mandated clients, and held various positions at the Allendale Association, working with adolescents in residential treatment. Delilah's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology from The Chicago School and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from Northern Illinois University.
