Rebekah Martinek

Rebekah Martinek is currently the IPS Supported Employment Team Lead at Thresholds, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this role, Rebekah served as an IPS Employment Specialist at Trilogy from March 2023 to February 2024 and as an Employment Program Manager at Mental Health America of Los Angeles from June 2020 to March 2023. Rebekah’s extensive experience within the mental health field is complemented by roles as a Case Manager and as a facilitator for mental health support programs. Rebekah also possesses a strong marketing background, having held various leadership positions at NBCUniversal Media, LLC, and Mattel, Inc., where significant contributions to brand management and global marketing strategies were made. Rebekah holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from DePaul University and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
