Kirsty Crowe has a wealth of experience in training and development roles within the retail sector. Currently serving as Head of Operations at Thrive Approach, Kirsty oversees the delivery of training courses, manages delegates, and forecasts future training requirements. With previous experience in sales and retail management, Kirsty has a strong background in developing training provisions for retail stores and delivering technical training to multi-skilled workforces. Kirsty's career has seen their progress from a Deli Supervisor to now leading operations at Thrive Approach.

Thrive equips staff in schools, trusts, early years settings and colleges to help children and young people understand and manage their emotions, so they feel safe, supported, and ready to learn. For over 25 years Thrive’s unique approach to wellbeing has been proven to make a positive impact on children and young people’s learning and lives. Thrive offers training, online assessments, and expert strategies for working with pupils to improve attendance, behaviour and attainment (as well as supporting staff wellbeing). To date, over 50,000 staff in 2,800 schools and settings have received Thrive training, ensuring that more than 600,000 children and young people aged 0-25 have access to the Thrive Approach.
