Thrive Approach
Viv Trask-Hall has a strong background in education, having held various leadership positions in different schools. Currently, Viv works at Thrive Approach as the Head of Innovation and Principal Trainer. Prior to this, Viv served as the Executive Headteacher at Doncaster Road Primary School and Headteacher at Carlton Primary School. With a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Derby, Viv brings a wealth of experience and expertise to their role in educational development and training.

Thrive Approach
Thrive equips staff in schools, trusts, early years settings and colleges to help children and young people understand and manage their emotions, so they feel safe, supported, and ready to learn. For over 25 years Thrive’s unique approach to wellbeing has been proven to make a positive impact on children and young people’s learning and lives. Thrive offers training, online assessments, and expert strategies for working with pupils to improve attendance, behaviour and attainment (as well as supporting staff wellbeing). To date, over 50,000 staff in 2,800 schools and settings have received Thrive training, ensuring that more than 600,000 children and young people aged 0-25 have access to the Thrive Approach.
