Olawale Olaoye

Olawale Olaoye is an experienced agronomist with a strong background in developing innovative agricultural techniques and promoting effective farming strategies. Currently at ThriveAgric since May 2023, Olawale focuses on improving crop yield and addressing challenges related to climate and pest issues. Previous roles include agronomist positions at LEVERAGE SEED LLC and Olawale's Plan Project Resources, where responsibilities involved site selection, soil analysis, training staff on agricultural practices, and managing crop production. At UPL LIMITED, Olawale contributed to product development and farmer training initiatives. With a Master's degree in Soil Science and a Bachelor's in Agriculture from Ahmadu Bello University, Olawale possesses a solid educational foundation to support expertise in the field.
