Rachel L. has worked in various roles across multiple companies. Rachel began their career in 2008 as an Administrative Assistant at Marshfield Insurance Agency, where they initiated the office’s transition from paper to electronic filing. In 2012, they took on the role of Vice President of Community Service for Pi Sigma Epsilon- Delta Tau, where they were responsible for the development and acquisition of all community service projects. In 2013, Rachel moved to Digital Lumens, where they worked as an Order Management and Credit Associate. In 2015, they started working as a Customer Service and Logistics Specialist for TPR Holdings LLC, and in 2016 they assumed the role of Director of Operations at Thrive Agritech, where they spearhead purchasing to proactively prevent inventory shortages and overstock, and managed 40+ SKU’s to ensure all products met industry and warehouse packaging and label standards.

Rachel L. began their educational career in 2010 at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting in 2013. Rachel then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration from Northeastern University's D'Amore-McKim School of Business, specializing in Supply Chain and Sustainability. Rachel obtained their MBA in May 2021.
