Twyla Salaiz

Twyla Salaiz serves as a Board Member and Treasurer for Thrive Ansanm since December 2020. Previously, Twyla held the position of Vice President and Chief People Officer at the Tucson Airport Authority from April 2021 to March 2024, overseeing all aspects of Human Resource offerings and enhancing employee engagement and workplace culture. Twyla's experience at Raytheon Technologies as Director of Talent Acquisition from April 2020 to October 2020 focused on acquiring technical and business talent within the Aerospace and Defense sectors. Additionally, Twyla led talent acquisition strategies at Raytheon from 2007 to 2020 and managed various talent development initiatives. Earlier roles include Site Training Manager at APAC Customer Services and Corporate Training Manager at Spherion. Twyla holds a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology from Northern Arizona University and a Bachelor's degree in Education from Anderson University.
