Jim Manko is a seasoned professional in the field of behavioral health with extensive experience spanning various roles and organizations since 1974. Currently serving as Program Manager for the Adult Outpatient Program at Thrive Behavioral Health, Jim oversees program development and clinical supervision while contributing to legislative advocacy and the Executive Management Team. Previous roles include Partner, Clinical Director, and Psychotherapist at Family Associates and clinical therapist positions at The Providence Center and Kent County Community Mental Health Center. Jim has a solid educational foundation, holding a Master of Social Work from Simmons College and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Brown University.
