Catherine Kelly, LMHC, is a seasoned mental health professional with significant experience in community-based clinical services. Currently serving as Program Manager for Community Support Programs at Thrive Behavioral Health since August 2017, Catherine previously held the position of Program Director at Community Counseling of Bristol County, where leadership of a multi-disciplinary team focused on supporting adults with severe mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders. Catherine's earlier roles include Reception and Placement Supervisor at the International Institute Rhode Island and staff therapist at South Bay Mental Health. Academically, Catherine holds a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Rhode Island College and a Master of Arts in Russian from the University of Arizona.
