Carmen Hundley

Carmen Hundley currently holds the position of Insights at Thrive Capital, beginning in September 2023. Previously, Carmen was an MBA Candidate at MIT Sloan School of Management from 2021 to June 2023, where leadership roles included Wine Club Leadership and Vice President of Career & Recruitment for the Sloan Automotive + Mobility Club. Carmen's prior experience encompasses serving as an Investor Fellow at Amplifyher Ventures and an Impact MBA Intern at Julie Products Inc. Additionally, Carmen completed internships at Thrive Capital and Dorm Room Fund, where participation ranked among the top 10% of applicants for the Female Investor Track. Earlier career roles include Corporate Development Associate at Rivian and various positions within Catapult Policy Strategies, as well as working as an Equity Research Associate at Morgan Stanley. Carmen's education includes an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service with a focus on International Economics from Georgetown University.
