Serena Saari is an experienced professional with a diverse background in executive assistance, business analysis, and client service. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Head of Investor Relations at Thrive Capital since December 2024, Serena has held several key positions, including Executive Assistant to the Founder/Co-CEO at Scale and Chief of Staff to Principal for a confidential client in the art advisory and estate management sectors. Previously, Serena worked at Goldman Sachs from 2016 to September 2022, where roles included Investment Banking Business Analyst and Executive Assistant to the Partner, Global Head of Internet Banking.
