Taylor Griffin is the current office manager at Thrive Capital, and they have been in this position since March of 2019. Prior to working at Thrive Capital, they were a project manager at Fluid Metering, Inc. from November 2013 to March 2019. In their role as project manager, they supported the Product Development Director and department in all capacities, assisted in documenting project requests including scope, objectives, budget, timelines, as well as developing project plans with deliverables, due dates and responsible parties. Taylor also ensured project cohesiveness and completeness by acting as single point of contact and scheduling weekly progress meetings with both project team and stakeholders.

In their previous role, Taylor also coordinated with the project team on a daily to weekly basis, reported deliverables and overall project status to stakeholders, and escalated constraints to stakeholders as needed. Additionally, they enhanced product/project record control by partnering with IT and developing and implementing a digital database and workflow for all product documentation. Taylor also assisted in the development of standard operating procedures, created process maps and workflows, organized and chaired meetings, created presentations, prepared conference rooms and recorded thorough meeting notes. Additionally, they served as single point of contact for the department, ensuring all calls, meetings and operations ran smoothly. Lastly, they communicated and managed the flow of department policies and procedures, supported in the on-boarding process for new department hires, prepared work space, trained on databases and procedures, and supported the Product Development Director by acting as the go-to person for all administrative and managerial assistance.

In their current role as office manager at Thrive Capital, Taylor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office and providing support to the team. This includes managing schedules, handling incoming calls and emails, coordinating travel arrangements, ordering supplies, managing expense reports, and overseeing office maintenance. Taylor is an organized and efficient individual who is always looking for ways to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Taylor is an excellent communicator and takes pride in providing top-notch customer service.

Taylor Griffin has a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of Tampa and an Art Theirtory degree from Florence University of the Arts.
