Chelle Joyner

Chelle Joyner has been in the Human Resources field since 2005. Chelle started their career at Stamford Hospital as a Senior HR Partner. In 2005, they moved to Vivatone Hearing Systems as the Director of Human Resources. In 2010, they were the Senior Director of Sales and Training at North American Power and Gas, LLC. In 2013, they were the Global HR Business Partner for the Americas at The Gap Partnership. In 2015, they were the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Yale New Haven Health System. In 2016, they were the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for Sales and Marketing at Danone North America. In 2018, they were the Senior Talent Acquisition at Diageo. Currently, they are the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Thrive Causemetics Inc., where they are responsible for performance management and career development of their team and driving operational improvement across Talent Acquisition.

Chelle Joyner's education history includes attending Mount Ida College for Veterinary Medicine, New Canaan High School, and Pace University for Human Resources Management and Services. Chelle also holds a PHR/ SHRM certification.
