Alanna Madrid

Alanna Madrid possesses extensive experience in property management, currently serving as District Manager at Sack Capital Partners since February 2021, with previous roles including General Manager and Sr. Community Director. Prior to this, Alanna spent nearly three years at Equity Residential, overseeing multiple sites as a Multi-Site Community Manager for various mid-rise communities with a total of 397 units and managing lease-up efforts for new developments. Alanna's career began in the real estate field with community management positions and leasing roles at Equity Residential, complemented by prior experience in account management and executive positions in other sectors. Alanna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Humboldt State University and an Associate of Arts from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in Los Angeles.
